Refund policy

We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please note, Chicas Beauty Bar LLC reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, and refunds.

Damages and issues
In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt. Customers must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email. To start this process please visit our Contact Us. 

NO Exceptions
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any  items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges at this time.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that our return policy applies to online purchases made directly through our website. If you have purchased our products from a third-party retailer, kindly refer to their respective return policies.
